"STACIE'S CLASS WAS HANDS DOWN THE MOST HELPFUL, ALL-INCLUSIVE RESOURCE I HAD IN PREPARING FOR THE BIRTH OF MY DAUGHTER."
"I took the class with my mom and best friend, who were attending the birth as well. It was the best decision I made, since it not only prepared me more for the experience of labor and delivery, it prepared my mom and best friend in such a way that they felt confident and comfortable stepping in to help.
Stacie's class gave my mom confidence to be a huge source of physical and emotional support for me, knowing how to encourage me and when to stay quiet.
Because of this class, my best friend also now knew what to expect and was able to document the birth and to run and get things as we needed them.
The most helpful part of the class for me as a laboring mom were the visuals of dilation and the stages and phases of labor. Visualizing where I was and how far I had left to go kept me encouraged along the way, realizing the longest and perhaps hardest part of labor was "getting that cervix out of the way" and knowing that once that was done, my daughter was not far away.
Partly because of Stacie's class, I can say the birth of my daughter was done naturally, and is a beautiful memory I will look back on my entire life.
I am incredibly grateful for having taken Stacie's class, and would recommend it to anyone (considering natural birth or not) in a heartbeat. We learned so much, and were ready and prepared for the biggest, most difficult, most rewarding day of my life."

"Dads you need this information!"
I like to be prepared and I felt like the hospital class didn't give me enough to really support my wife. Some friends of ours were going to take Stacie's class and they said we should come. Having that time to make sure we got the information and practice was the best. Stacie has a way of making birthing very normal. She gave me ways to take care of my wife. She helped us know where my wife could be in the stages of labor. She shared what we could expect in the hospital. This class was just what we needed to get ready for our baby. Dads, this class is for you!

"I BELIEVE OUR BABY ARRIVED HEALTHY AND STRONG THANKS TO THIS CLASS.
"My boyfriend and I couldn't take hospital classes because of work. My cousin told us to see about Stacie's classes. I'm so glad we did!
This was my second baby and my boyfriend's first. With my first I wanted to have her naturally but due to her being breeched I had a c-section. I didn't know if I was ready to have a natural birth or another c-section, and Stacie helped me learn about both. She made me feel good and said I would make a great decision no matter what I chose.
My doctor said my chances for a natural delivery were really good. I did get an epidural, and that helped relax me and feel calm with the idea of a VBAC. I did get a small fever. My boyfriend remembered this can happen with you get an epidural. We looked at our handouts and saw what we could do to make things better (we could turn the air down, use a fan and use wet wash cloths). We both felt good when we read if the fever was because I was sick it would be hard to get it to go away. We did get it to go down so when Julian was born I didn't have a fever and neither did he."

"I really love these classes and I can tell that a lot of thought went in to creating them."
"We were shown every step of the process. The biggest thing that helped us was the ways to make decisions when we felt pressure, and when things weren’t going like we thought. Learning how to ask the right questions and really talk to our doctors and nurses helped us have a birth and labor we felt great about."
